• His career has focused on leading change through HR in international, matrixed organisations across pharma, medical devices, telecoms and diversified industrial companies, including Shionogi Europe, CooperVision Inc. and OMNOVA. He has workedextensively across Europe, the US, Japan, China, SE Asia and Australasia.

• Jim works pragmatically, flexibly and with curiosity to establish trust and alignment as the platform for execution.

• Business transformation of a pharmaceuticals company, enabling a x8 increase in revenues and profitability turnaround;

• Integration of a $1.2b acquisition across 15 countries globally, contributing to a $30m reduction in annual running costs;

• Cultural alignment of a global medical devices company resulting in 80% sales growth, 35% market share increase, 30% operating profit improvement and 45% increase in sales per employee.

• Jim is also a trustee director of a fast-growing and successful multi-academies trust in Cambridgeshire, UK. He has an MA from Edinburgh University and is a member of the CIPD.
